Strape face mask machine

The strape face mask machine is to fuse the elastic band on both sides of the mask body by ultrasound to complete the earloop mask product. Only one operator needs to place the mask body piece by piece on the conveyor belt. The finished product is automatically operated by the machine, and the output of this machine is higher than that of the general ear-loop machine.

This machine is to connect a mask body machine with a strapping machine, set up a conveying device on the machine table, input the mask semi-finished product to the conveying device, pass the tube to wrap, and then press the ultrasonic pressing wheel to bind .The earloop is cut for finished product. Only one person is needed to place the mask pad on the conveyor belt of the machine. The rest of the follow-up work is completed automatically, with simple operation and good stability.
