We, ZHONGFU ENERGY CONSTRUCTION are a high-tech enterprise based in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China, dedicated to R&D, application, and promotion of high-performance steel. We collaborate with China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group (CISRI), the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Shanghai University, the Shanghai University New Materials (Taizhou) Research Institute, and the Baotou Steel (Group) Corporation (BaoGang Group), producing cutting-edged and leading new materials, rare earth corrosion-resistant steels,  and applying them to different aspects of our life.

Our rare earth steel is made by adding a certain combination of rare earth elements during the smelting process. It can produce a very thin, dense and stable oxide layer on its surface under normal climate conditions, preventing the inner from having further oxidization reactions with water. This means the rare earth steels do not need to be galvanized with zinc and other materials. This not only give the rare earth steels great corrosion resistance, but also much cheaper cost (about 10% to 30% cheaper) compared with hot-galvanized steels or zinc-aluminium-magnesium coated steels.  In addition, our rare earth steel also has properties like high strength, high ductility and high life span. These properties make it a great material for different outdoor structures.

Our power transmission towers are mature, safe and reliable. The design and construction process meet the relevant international standards. It can satisfy transmission requirements under different climate/environment scenarios. The height of our power transmission tower is between 5m-60m, and we have different shapes. The length and shape can be customized on request. In addition, You can choose to use our advanced corrosion-resistant rare earth steel as the material to get the best performance with high strength, high ductility, long lifespan, strong corrosion resistance and lowest overall cost, but we also provide the option of using standard steels like Q235RE/Q335RE/Q420RE.

Currently, we have two production bases in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: the Erdos production base, which has 6 production lines and an annual production of 80000+ tones and the Baotou production base, which has a total area of 214000 square meters with a 50000 square meter factory area.

We are an AAA credit rate company authorized by the government and have independent intelligence property for our products. For each type of our product, we ask for 30% T/T for ordering after signing the contract and the rest 70% needs to be paid before transport. Detailed payment and transport methods can be negotiated.
