HOW TO PLACE THE ORDER?
Please contact the sales and provide the sizes，and our designer will make the design sketch for your reference，and pay the deposit when confirm the order.
HOW IS THE PAYMENT TERMS?
Normally we only accept the 30% deposit T/T in advance，and 70% balance should be paid off before shipping.
HOW IS THE PACKING?
Flat pack in carton ,Pre-assembly pack in PE foam, pallet packing.
ABOUT THE INSTALLATION?
For each order, an installation instruction will be included. And our team will give prompt reply on your every questions regarding to the installation.
HOW ABOUT THE AFTER SALE SERVICE OF OUR PRODUCTS?
A:Generally, customer often demands the QC to check our goods when we are going to ship. In case of the customer receives shipment and finds some quality problem, we will accept a claim if it is our responsibility.
